A New Beginning

At age 11, she moved to the U.S. with her mother and father, and stepped into a new life and a new persona, life as she knew it completely changed, no more climbing trees, that island grit was now put to the test, as the weight of responsibility far beyond her years, now rested on her shoulders. Unknowingly, those moments, coupled with values, discipline, and expansion, laid the foundation for a life that was anything but ordinary. She soon craved structure. She wanted forward movement. So she joined the military and there forged the leader she became.

From Drill Instructor to Diplomat

Turning Chaos into Clarity

What started as a decision to improve, became a 20-year career in leadership, logistics, and global partnerships. High-performing teams, trust, accountability, and excellence, was now part of her everyday life. As a drill instructor, Shaina didn’t just shout command she built people.
